EUROMETAL EV

It is a water-based oil-free cooling fluid which when mixed with water results in transparent solutions with a green colour that dissipate the heat produced in machining and steel working quickly. Has a high transparency, allowing to see how the work is evolving through the fluid jet. It is an antiseptic product, therefore the risk of fermentation and dermatitis is avoided. Great wetting characteristics, instantly wetting the abrasion agent and metal residues. Emulsifiable in any type of water. Prevents the formation of fumes and mist and it does not decompose under the heat generated in the machining process. It is an essential product in work where the cooling action is paramount, such as ferrous alloy and steel working and machining.
